What is BioCamp?
The Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) is a pioneering seminar that brings the biotechnology sector closer to talented young university graduates. BioCamp has been sponsored annually by several Novartis affiliates since 2004, and this year marks the third time that Novartis will organize a BioCamp in Egypt. It will be held from August 8-9, 2010 in Cairo, Egypt
BioCamp is open to graduate university students in the natural sciences and business administration. Last year, participants also included young graduates from Morocco, Palestine and Syria.
At the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to learn from leading biotech experts, interact with professionals and work together with other students on a case study.
The two best participants will be selected to attend the global Novartis BioCamp in Switzerland later in September. Admission to BioCamp 2010 is competitive, based on academic excellence, professional focus and demonstrated potential.
